Cortez cocktail aficionados, add the Shack Rum Punch to your to-drink list. It is a bright, tropical blend of rums and fruit juices — ideal for sipping with the Seafood Shack’s freshly caught fare.

INGREDIENTS:
1 ounce Club Caribe Pineapple Rum
1 ounce coconut rum
1 ounce mango rum
1 ounce banana rum
1 ounce dark rum
4 ounces pineapple juice
4 ounces orange juice
4 ounces fresh lime juice
1 ounce Rose’s grenadine
1 tablespoon Rose’s lime juice

MIXOLOGY:
Combine the ingredients in a shaker with ice. Strain and pour the mixture into a tall hurricane glass over ice. Garnish with a speared orange slice and a maraschino cherry.
