Original Pisco Sour.
Darwin’s, especially with the recent launch of the Bradenton brewery, is becoming a paragon of local beer. But ales aside, the downtown restaurant/bar still has some of the sweetest cocktails in Sarasota-Manatee, including the traditional Peruvian Pisco Sour.
INGREDIENTS:
2 ounces Pisco Portón
1 ounce lime juice
½ ounce simple syrup
1 egg white, blended
MIXOLOGY:
Combine the ingredients in a shaker with ice. Strain and pour the mixture into a wine glass.
