The 4th annual White Buffalo Saloon Tarpon Tournament brings a party to sister business Evie's at Spanish Point Restaurant & Tiki Bar with all proceeds benefiting Operation Second Chance, an organization committed to serving wounded, injured and ill combat veterans.
At 6 p.m. Friday there's a captains meeting at The White Buffalo Saloon (5577 McIntosh Road, Sarasota) with team sign up, tournament rules, meet and greet, silent auction and raffle tickets available.
On Saturday, it's all-day fishing with a Budweiser yacht anchored in Big Pass offering complimentary Boar's Head sandwiches and Budweiser products for tournament participants.
Also on Saturday, from 3 to 7 p.m., Kettle of Fish plays at Spanish Point. Event is open to the public with full-bar, regular menu, booths set up by event sponsors offering information, products and demonstrations.
Fishing continues Sunday with tournament awards at 4 p.m. and live music by Jonathan Richards.
