Margarita Oro.
Among the sangrias, mojitos and Mexitinis at the Mi Pueblo bar is the signature Margarita Oro — a classic, salty-sweet supplement to a round of fajitas.
Ingredients:
2¼ ounces Jose Cuervo Especial Gold tequila
2¼ ounces GranGala triple orange liqueur
1½ ounces sweet and sour mix
1½ ounces Rose’s lime juice
Mixology:
Combine the ingredients in a shaker with ice. Strain and pour the mixture over crushed ice into a margarita glass with a salt rim. Garnish with orange and lime wheels.
