Maui margarita.
The famed Tex-Mex wet burritos at the Grasshopper wash down best with Maui Margaritas—blue, tropical and cheap (only $4).
INGREDIENTS
1½ ounces blue curacao
1½ ounces tequila
1½ ounces lime juice, freshly squeezed
MIXOLOGY
Combine ingredients in a shaker with ice. Strain and pour mixture over ice. Rim margarita glass with salt. Garnish with a lime wedge.
