Beer: Florida Cracker

Brewery: Cigar City Brewing Co., Tampa

Notes: A Belgian-style ale brewed with malted wheat, coriander and orange peel.

Canned less than a month ago (check the date -- assuming it's legible -- on the bottom of all of Cigar City's cans). Pours a cloudy straw-colored with a very white head that vanishes. Aroma of clove and coriander. Nice.

Nice flavor of clove with a hint of banana: the Classic Belgian wit flavor. The body is great. It's almost puffy, if that's such a thing.

A very refreshing beer that shows Cigar City can brew more than just high-octane beers. n on.
