Strawberry Peruvian margarita.

Crave a fresh, authentic Peruvian strawberry margarita with your ceviche and lobster tacos? Darwin’s, folks.

INGREDIENTS:
5 ½-inch pieces strawberries, muddled
¾ ounce lime juice, freshly squeezed
1 ounce simple syrup
3 ounces Pisco rum
Splash of sour mix

MIXOLOGY:
Place freshly cut strawberries in the bottom of a pint glass. Add lime juice and simple syrup, and muddle the strawberries until soupy. Fill the glass completely with ice. Add the Pisco rum and top with sour mix. Shake mixture in a shaker about six to seven times, and place back into the glass.
