Snooty turns 64 on Saturday July 21, 2012. The annual Snooty Birthday card contest was open to children in preschool through 6th grade. The cards will be on display 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the South Florida Museum, Bishop Planetarium and Parker Manatee Aquarium during Snooty's Festival in Bradenton.
